In 30 dagen minder gedoe
over de Smartphones in huis!
Honderden ouders hebben meegedaan met de vragenlijst over het mobieletelefoon-verkeer bij hen in huis.
Al deze ouders hebben één gemene deler: ze zijn het zat!
Ze zijn het zat dat hun kinderen niet meer bereikbaar zijn als ze over hun scherm gebogen zitten, ze zijn het zat dat hun partner slecht bereikbaar is, zodra deze een schermpje in zijn of haar handen heeft én ze zijn hun eigen gedrag zat.
Het is dus tijd om daar, met elkaar, iets aan te doen. En als het even kan ook nog op een leuke manier!
Die kans krijg je, dit jaar eenmalig met de Challenge Smart met je Phone. Op 1 juni gaan de deuren open van de 30-daagste Challenge waarin ik je ga helpen om minder op je mobieltje te zitten en met elkaar leukere gesprekken te hebben!
Ben jij het ook zat, dat gehang op die mobiel? Maak je je wel eens zorgen, of je kind een verslaving aan het ontwikkelen is? Of zie je de schoolcijfers steeds wat lager worden en het aantal uren al append juist stijgen?
Of ben je geschrokken van je eigen tijd, die je al scrollend en swipend doorbrengt? Vraag je je wel eens af of jij en je partner misschien wel te veel appen en te weinig écht met elkaar praten?
Je bent niet alleen!
Ik ben het zat dat je niets kunt vragen zonder het antwoord te krijgen ‘eerst even dit berichtje afmaken…’ Vijfenveertig berichtjes later krijg je dan, als het meezit, antwoord.
Ik ben het gevoel van eenzaamheid zó zat als ik met drie mensen aan tafel zit te eten die allemaal over dat beeldschermpje gebogen zitten.
Ik ben het zat om me af te vragen met wie ik nu in gesprek ben; met mijn dochter of met de hele meute vriendinnen die zich echt met álles bemoeien.

1 juni starten we
Het klinkt heel streng: op 1 juni starten we én sluiten de deuren. Je kunt je dan deze ronde niet meer meedoen. Wanneer we weer een Smart Met Je Phone-Challenge doen? Dat weten we niet. Grote kans dat dit de enige keer in 2023 is.
Schrijf je nu in!
Inschrijven doe je tot en met 31 mei. Daarna sluiten de deuren en is het niet meer mogelijk om deel te nemen. Juist het gezamenlijk aftrappen (live!) geeft de vibe die je net dat extra zetje geeft als het een keertje lastig is.

Dit is niet de eerste Challenge
Inmiddels hebben er al duizenden ouders meegedaan met eerdere Challenges en Online Cursussen die ik heb ontwikkeld. DopApril en Dé OpvoedChallenge zijn daar voorbeelden van.
Je bent bij mij dus op de juiste plek om een maand lang de kneepjes van de ‘SmartPhone-opvoeding af te kijken. Hoe lastig je het ook vindt: er is hoop en ik laat je tijdens de Challenge niet alleen!
De Challenges zijn jaar na jaar door ouders beoordeeld met een 4.5 (van de vijf sterren). Daar ben ik trots op; ouders op een ontspannen manier ondersteunen bij de keuzes die ze bij het opvoeden van hun kinderen maken.
Deze Challenges ontwikkel ik naast mijn werk als spreker. Je herkent me wellicht ook van de verschillende radio- en tv programma’s waaraan ik regelmatig meewerk. Voor online platforms en bladen zoals Margriet, Libelle en Vrouw wordt regelmatig mijn advies gevraagd.
Voor Corona had ik per jaar zo’n 15.000 ouders in de lezingen en theatershows. Samen met Gideon heb ik een praktijk voor ouders met relatie- en opvoedvragen.
Mijn beide zoons (28 & 30 jaar) staan inmiddels op eigen benen. De tropenjaren van een gezin met pubers staat me nog helder voor de geest. Tegelijkertijd heeft de tijd me relativeringsvermogen gegeven en maakt dat ik met meer mededogen naar mijn eigen rol als opvoeder én de puberbuien van de jongens kan kijken.
